WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIODS
DX Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company“) guarantees that this product is protected under warranty according to the specifications outlined below. Any component(s) found to be defective due to manufacturing defects or inferior materials will be repaired without charge. The warranty period commences from the purchase date unless specified otherwise

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Purchase Verification: Valid proof of purchase must be presented for any warranty claim.
- Authorized Purchase: Products must be purchased through authorized TCL dealers in Bangladesh.
- Authorized Service: Warranty repairs must be performed exclusively by DX Hi-Tech Industries authorized service centers.
- Service Type: Home service or carry-in service availability depends on product category and company policy.
- Component-Specific Coverage: Only defective components will be repaired or replaced under warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
- Aesthetic Components: Cosmetic, decorative, plastic, and glass components are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Ownership Transfer: Replaced defective parts become the property of DX Hi-Tech Industries Ltd.
- Replacement Parts: The Company reserves the right to use new, refurbished, reconditioned, or compatible parts during repairs.
- Liability Limitation: DX Hi-Tech Industries shall not be liable for consequential damages or losses resulting from product failure.
- Serial Number Integrity: Warranty is void if the original serial number is removed, altered, or tampered with.
EXTERNAL FACTORS EXCLUSIONS
- Force Majeure: Damages caused by lightning, voltage fluctuations, power surges, external connections, fire, water damage, natural disasters, civil unrest, theft, vandalism, or acts of nature are not covered.
- Extended Warranty: Any additional warranty coverage must be supported by proper documentation from DX Hi-Tech Industries.
- Power Protection: Use of appropriately rated voltage stabilizers is mandatory unless otherwise specified in product documentation.
- Installation Issues: Limited warranty applies with updated terms if faults result from unauthorized installation.
OPERATIONAL EXCLUSIONS
- Usage-Related Damage: The following conditions void warranty coverage:
- • Misuse or improper handling
- • Poor ventilation conditions
- • Incorrect voltage supply
- • Use of external unauthorized accessories
- • Normal operational wear and tear
- • Physical impact damage (electrical or mechanical)
- Maintenance Requirements: Regular cleaning, maintenance, and servicing are customer responsibilities unless specified.
- Depreciation Policy: Customers must comply with current depreciation guidelines when spare parts are unavailable.
- Installation Components: External piping or wiring connections are not covered under warranty.
WARRANTY VOID CONDITIONS
DX Hi-Tech Industries may repair equipment at customer expense if warranty is voided. The Company's decision regarding warranty validity is final and binding.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Third-party repair attempts or mishandling.
- Environmental Issues: Inadequate ventilation or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Power Issues: Incorrect voltage supply or power fluctuations.
- External Interference: Use of unauthorized accessories or modifications.
- Physical Damage: Impact damage, fire, or water logging.
- Neglect: Failure to follow operating instructions or maintenance requirements.
SERVICE REQUEST PREREQUISITES
- Completed warranty card and purchase invoice must be provided.
- Defects from improper use as determined by authorized personnel void warranty.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any circuit alterations void warranty.
- Missing Documentation: Requests without warranty card or proof of purchase are not covered.
- Document Tampering: Any alterations to invoices or warranty cards void coverage.
COMMERCIAL USE RESTRICTIONS
- Products must operate within recommended power levels.
- Excessive commercial use beyond manual specifications voids warranty.
- Operating sites must meet specified environmental requirements.
- Damage from moisture, extreme temperatures, corrosion, spillage, or chemical exposure is excluded.
- Warranty void due to customer negligence or tampering.
- Damage from insects, rodents, or pests is not covered.
- Failure to perform recommended servicing voids warranty.
- Use of non-authorized parts or third-party components voids warranty.

- Gas Refilling: Extended piping may need additional refrigerant at customer expense.
- Component Replacement: Gas refilling charges apply for compressor/condenser replacements.
REFRIGERATORS
- Warranty void if usage deviates from manual guidelines.
- Water leakage from evaporation/defrosting is normal.
- Gas refilling charges apply for compressor replacements or physical damage.
WASHING MACHINES
- Proper inlet/drainage and level flooring are required.
- Improper leveling or clothing placement may cause noise.
- Refer to user manual for troubleshooting before service requests.
DX Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. This warranty policy is governed by Bangladesh law.
